Ingredients:
- 1 lb Mild Breakfast Sausage
- 4 slices of Bacon (diced)
- 3 cloves of Garlic (minced)
- 3 whole medium Potatoes (sliced into decent size)
- 1 quart warm water
- 2 cubes Chicken Bouillon
- 1/4 bunch Kale (roughly chopped) I use a little bit more!
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream ( 1/2 and 1/2 would work too)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Okay lets begin!
Crumble the breakfast sausage into your pot and cook on medium heat until its done. Drain it and set it aside.
In the same pot add your chopped bacon and and cook until they are almost done. Reduce the heat and add the garlic for about 1 minute.
Take your 1 quart of WARM water and add your Chicken Bouillon cubes to it and stir until they dissolve. Add your cut potatoes to the pot and pour the water mixture into the pot as well. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are almost done.
Enjoy it with some warm bread sticks or garlic bread!
